The Western subspecies of Painted Turtles is a very iconic species found all over the Rocky Mountian ecosystem as well as some areas in the central United States. My goal was to present the turtles in an authentic-looking habitat  This was first installed in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming August 20, 2024.
