This small study of a caribou bull has just been approved by my client in for permanent placement in a large sculpture park in Hawaii. When finished, it will be 2/3 life size (4 feet tall at the shoulder). To create authenticity for this sculpture, I was able to draw upon my own personal experience with these magnificent animals when visiting Alaska several years ago.
